How do I return a rental for a refund?

To return your Knetbooks.com rental for a refund:

1. Sign in to your Knetbooks.com account.
2. Choose "Manage Rentals/Returns".
3. Select the "Return for a Refund" button.
4. Select a reason for your return and then click “Print Label & Complete Return”.

To be eligible for a refund your book must be received in our facility within 25 days from the original ship date. For short-term rentals, items must be received in our facility within 15 days of the ship date.

A refund will be posted to your original method of payment once your return is received and processed. Please note, it may take 3-5 business days after your return has been processed for the refund to be posted to your account.
